Seamless tubing

Seamless tubing is the ideal solution for the transportation of pure gases, some corrosive gases and liquids. They help to save on connections and increase the system leak tightness.

  • standard instrumentation tubing;
  • 316/316 L and 304/304 L stainless steel;
  • from 1/8 up to 2 in. and from 3 up to 25 mm sizes.

Ultrahigh-purity (UHP) and high-purity stainless steel tubing

UHP tubinghas an electropolished internal surface finish of 10 µin. / 0.25 µm Ra.

  • ends prepared for orbital welding;
  • 316 L stainless steel;
  • from 1/4 up to 2 in. and from 6 up to 18 mm sizes.

Single-jacketed tubing

Single-jacketed tubing have increased protection againstgalvanic and atmospheric corrosion. In addition, the jacket helps to protect the tubing againstwear and abrasion.

  • 316/316 L stainless steel and copper;
  • from 1/4 up to 1/2 in. and from 6 up to 12 mm tubing sizes;
  • low-temperature, UV-resistant PVC jacket standard; optionalthermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) jacket available for higher-temperature service.

Multi-jacketed tubing

Multi-jacketed tubing provides protection against galvanic andatmospheric corrosion and protects the tubing against wear and abrasion. Inaddition, it reduces costs by enabling installation of up to four tubes at once.

  • from 1/4 up to 1/2 in. and from 6 up to 12 mm tubing sizes;
  • low-temperature, UV-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane

(TPU) for both individual tube jackets and outer jacket.

Insulated tubing

Insulated tubing is designed for use in such applications as steam supply, condensate return, and gas and liquid transport lines, where weatherproofing and energy conservation are important. Insulated tubing helps to protect personnel from hot process and steam lines, reduces heat loss, and offers a cost-effective alternative to field-installed insulation of small-diameter tubing systems.

  • from 1/4 up to 1/2 in. and from 6 up to 12 mm tubing sizes
  • low-temperature, UV-resistant PVC jacket standard; optional thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) jacket available;
  • absorption-resistant fibrous glass insulation
  • insulation contains less than 100 ppm of water-soluble chlorides.

Pre-insulated electric-traced tubing bundles

Electric-traced bundled tubing maintains consistent temperatures in long, continuous

lengths of impulse and sample lines for freeze protection, temperature maintenance, or viscosity control. The standard self-regulating tracer lowers heat output as the bundle gets warmer. For more precise temperature control, an optional line-sensing thermostat is available.

  • ATEX, FM and CSA approved tracers for use in hazardous areas;
  • maintain process temperatures up to 121 °C;

Light steam-traced bundled tubing

Light steam-traced bundled tubing is typically used for freeze protection of instrument impulse lines and analyzer transport lines. It can also maintain temperatures in smaller diameter process lines. The process and tracer tubes are individually insulated to reduce the heat transfer rate, providing a more consistent tube temperature over long tubing lengths.

Heavy steam-traced bundled tubing

Heavy steam-traced bundled tubing is typically used to maintain higher process temperature or for viscositycontrol. Applications can include impulse, sampling, andprocess lines.

  • process and tracer tubes are in direct contact to maximizehigher heat transfer;
