Chillers based on screw inverter compressors
YORK chillers model YVAA are certified as energy efficiency class "A" under the terms of the Eurovent standard. When using YVAA chillers, annual energy costs are reduced by 30%, and the noise level during operation is reduced by up to 16 dB. The versatility of using YVAA refrigeration is further enhanced by the use of many additional options.
With inverter driven fans and compressors at partial load at night, the energy consumption of the chiller is significantly reduced and the environmental impact is minimized. The reliability of the YVAA chiller is improved by extending the life of the motor, which in turn is achieved by reducing crank currents. Operating costs are reduced due to high power ratings at any load.
