Cryogenic tanks (gasifiers) are cryogenic vessels for storage, transportation and gasification of liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Carbon dioxide and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Cryogenic tanks automatically maintain required pressure in the vessel by controlled evaporation of the liquid. The source of energy for creating pressure and evaporation of the liquid is the ambient temperature.
A micro bulk cryogenic tank includes a vessel for cryogenic liquids, pipelines, an external atmospheric evaporator and an external pressure regulator. The cryogenic tank consists of a high-pressure vessel placed inside the casing. The space between the pressure vessel and the outer casing is evacuated and filled with micro glass fiber insulation, which is covered with aluminum foil to protect against thermal radiation. The inner pressure vessel and vacuum casing are made of stainless steel.
The piping system ensures filling the tank with gas and maintaining the stated pressure. The piping system is also made of stainless steel. Stop valves, safety valves and fittings are made of stainless steel.
The instrumental part of the product consists of a pressure sensor and a differential pressure sensor, providing complete monitoring of the system. The differential pressure gauge provides highly accurate readings of pressure status. The cryogenic tank automatically maintains required pressure of the vessel by controlled liquid evaporation. The source of energy for creating pressure and evaporation of the liquid is the ambient temperature. The pressure coil is attached to the outer casing. The evaporator is fixed on the pallet.
Additionally, they can be equipped with an atmospheric evaporator to increase productivity.
