Modular gasification station for cylinders filling

The gasification station consists of a set of cryogenic equipment mounted on a single frame (skid) and includes: high-pressure cryogenic pumps, high-pressure atmospheric evaporator, control system, cryogenic shut-off and safety valves, stainless steel pipelines. When equipped with a mobile cryogenic tank, is a mobile system for filling cylinders. Due to its modular design (on a skid), it can be transported over long distances and can also be used as part of a stationary cylinder filling station.

Advantages of using a gasification station:

• modular system - possibility of transportation and cylinders filling with gaseous products in any place;
• energy efficiency - low power consumption;
• reliability - thanks to the redundancy of cryogenic pumps it allows filling of cylinders in case of failure of one of them;
• minimum maintenance - only cryogenic pumps shall be serviced;
• simple operation - 1 operator is required for operation.

Set of equipment:

1. High-pressure cryogenic piston pump with capacity 200-600 l/h (adjustable) - 2 pcs. (1 in operation, 1 in reserve).
2. High-pressure damper (liquid buffer device - to protect the pipeline from high-pressure shocks) - 2 pcs.
3. High-pressure atmospheric vaporizer with capacity 400 Nm3/h - 1 pc.
4. Set of cryogenic shut-off and safety valves - 1 set.
5. Distribution board - 1 pc.
6. 304 stainless steel pipelines for system piping - 1 set.
7. Main frame (Skid) on which the equipment is installed and secured, including lifting lugs for crane removal/installation - 1 set.
8. Control system (one set of overheat alarm at evaporator outlet and overpressure alarm at evaporator outlet) - 1 set.
