A 195-liter cryocylinder for blast chilling of seafood has been delivered to the Norwegian company Egersund Seafood - one of the largest producers and exporters of seafood of the highest quality.
Cryocylinder is a cryogenic vessel for storage, transportation and gasification of liquid cryoproduct.
Shock freezing is a modern method of freezing products in minutes, as the source of refrigerant is a cryocylinder with liquid nitrogen, which allows to preserve the quality, taste and flavor, as well as not to damage the soft tissues of seafood while packaging, which means creating a special protective environment.
