Manufacturers of non-carbonated beverages are increasingly faced with the problem of plastic packaging deformation resulting in spoilage and product loss.
This problem can be avoided by providing liquid nitrogen to the filling line and feeding it into the space under the cap before capping, pressurizing the bottles. This technology is used for filling water, beverages, juices, etc.
To solve this problem we offer equipment for supplying filling lines with liquid nitrogen:
1. Stationary cryogenic tanks
Cryogenic tanks are designed for storage and dispensing of liquid nitrogen with the volume from 2000 to 500 000 liters, fully equipped with all necessary shut-off and control valves, as well as instrumentation and control devices.
2. Cryocylinders
Cryocylinders are designed for storage and transportation of liquid nitrogen from 195 to 480 liters, fully equipped with all necessary shut-off, safety and control valves.
3. Cryogenic pipelines
Cryogenic pipelines are designed for transportation of liquid nitrogen from the source to the separator or doser, they can be flexible or rigid. A combination of the two is used in dosing systems. For example, when nitrogen is supplied from a cryogenic tank on the technical floor, a rigid pipeline is run and lowered to the separator, while the separator is connected to the doser by a flexible cryogenic pipeline. These pipelines are thermally insulated as much as possible to prevent liquid losses.
Specialists of the company CRYO INTER TRADING LLC will help you to choose quality equipment to provide your company's bottling line with liquid nitrogen, as well as to perform turnkey works.
