The project on supplying the central plant laboratory (CPL) with technical gases of special purity at PJSC “Dniprovsky Oil Extraction Plant”, TM “Oleina”, Dnipro, was realized.
Within the framework of the project realization the equipment of the world leading manufacturers Swagelok (USA), GCE (Czech Republic), Dräger (Germany) was supplied. The project provided for:
1. Relocation and replacement of cabinets with cylinders (nitrogen, helium, oxygen, compressed air, hydrogen), from which technical gases are supplied to the CPL, installation of 5 reducing semi-automatic panels in the cabinet at the outlet of gases from cylinders to reduce pressure from 20.0 MPa to 1.0 MPa, installation of new pipelines for supply of technical gases (nitrogen, helium, oxygen, compressed air, hydrogen) from the reducing semi-automatic panels to the entrance to the building of the centralized plant laboratory, installation of purge pipelines for technical gases (nitrogen, helium, oxygen, hydrogen) from the reducing panels.
2. Replacement of technical gas pipelines (nitrogen, helium, oxygen, compressed air, hydrogen) inside the CPL with installation of linear pressure reducing panels upstream the consumers to reduce pressure from 1.0 MPa to 0.5-0.25 MPa.
3. Installation of pressure reducing panels with connection of 1 cylinder for each and carrying out of centralized pipelines with installation of shut-off and regulating valves from gas distribution equipment to end points of the equipment, as well as installation of control and measuring equipment for monitoring of pressure in cylinders and equipment for monitoring of working area air.
Installation, testing and commissioning of compressed air, nitrogen, helium, oxygen and hydrogen pipelines were also performed in accordance with SNiP 3.05.05-84 and SN 527-80.
