Manufacturers of non-carbonated beverages are increasingly faced with the problem of plastic packaging deformation resulting in product spoilage and loss.
This problem can be avoided by providing liquid nitrogen to the filling line and feeding it into the space under the cap before capping, pressurizing the bottles. This technology is used for filling water, beverages, juices, etc.
To solve this problem, we offer equipment for supplying filling lines with liquid nitrogen:
- stationary cryogenic tanks - for storage and dispensing of liquid nitrogen with the volume from 2,000 to 500,000 liters, fully equipped with all necessary shut-off and control valves, as well as instrumentation.
- cryocylinders - for storage and transportation of liquid nitrogen with the volume from 195 to 499 liters, fully equipped with all necessary shut-off, safety and regulating valves.
- cryogenic pipelines - for transportation of liquid nitrogen from the source to the separator or doser, available in flexible or rigid. Combinations of these two types are used in dosing systems. These pipelines are thermally insulated as much as possible to prevent liquid losses.
