Turnkey project on replacement of turboexpander for modernization of air separation unit at the Customer's enterprise was implemented.
In order to increase the productivity of the air separation unit up to passport parameters - 35 thousand m3/hour of oxygen with 99.5% oxygen analysis, as well as, for the future, to significantly reduce operating costs, the Customer decided to replace the turboexpander DTC 24/09 with a high-efficiency turboexpander manufactured by “Cryostar S.A.S.”, France.
The project provided for:
- Development of design documentation.
- Delivery of turboexpander/compressor model TC 300 AS ECO with modular lubricating oil supply system manufactured by “CRYOSTAR S.A.S.” and complete monitoring and control system.
- Dismantling of existing equipment.
- Construction and installation works.
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
The construction object is located on the territory of metallurgical plant of oxygen production.
