At many enterprises producing or using technical gases, there is a need for inspection and repair of gas storage cylinders. Cylinders with hydraulic volume up to 100 liters must be inspected every 5 years. The equipment used for these purposes was designed many years ago and did not meet modern requirements for mechanization and safety of works.
CRYO INTER TRADING LLC produces stands for repair and inspection of cylinders SOB-40 R, the use of which will increase labor productivity and economic efficiency at enterprises with a large fleet of their own cylinders or enterprises that plan to provide services for inspection and repair of cylinders.
Stand SOB-40 R provides the following operations:
- Unscrewing (screwing in) the valve with a certain torque.
- Visual inspection of the external and internal surface of the cylinder.
- Weighing the empty and filled cylinder (optional).
- Unscrewing (screwing in) the test adapter to a specified torque.
- Hydrotesting with increased pressure (up to 400 bar).
This stand is a development of engineering service of CRYO INTER TRADING LLC and is used for work with standard cylinders for all kinds of technical gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon dioxide, neon, krypton, propane-butane, welding and food mixtures) of different volumes (10 liters, 20 liters, 40 liters) and pressures.
