The project envisaged design, supply and commissioning of a fan cooling tower with a built-in receiving basin to reconstruct the recycling water supply system of the K-3 shop for the production of air separation products and to ensure the required cooling parameters at the Customer's enterprise.
As part of the project implementation, the following was accomplished:
- Development of design documentation.
- Manufacturing, supply and installation of a fan cooling tower manufactured by TIANJIN LATINO ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
- Technical support and supervision of the installation works.
- Commissioning of the equipment

The entire structure of the proposed cooling tower (support beams, columns, diagonal connections, cladding, diffusers, enclosures, etc.) is made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced polyester), which is manufactured by the pultrusion process.
The material used in the construction is isophthalic E-type glass fiber reinforced polyester and meets the International Refrigeration Technology Institute (CTI) STD-37(88) Grade 1 standard.
Pultrusion sections have a flame spread coefficient of less than 25 and UV protection.
