A new range of safety valves by WITT-Gasetechnik GmbH & Co. KG for controlled release of vapors and gases, that protects equipment and systems against excessive pressure has been presented.
We offer safety valves with individually set discharge pressure from 5 mbar to 45 bar - each valve is individually tested for 100% reaction.
Spring-loaded direct acting valve from 5 mbar to 45 bar
Each safety valve is installed and checked by the manufacturer according to individual customer requirements: the spring-loaded valve element is opened to release the gas when a certain pressure is reached. The bleeding pressure of the safety valve is confirmed by the TÜV certificate.
Safety valves made of stainless steel
Along with brass models, stainless steel valves are manufactured for extensive use, for example, with corrosive or aggressive media. Elastomers are selected according to customer’s requirements.
Safety valves manufactured by WITT-Gasetechnik GmbH & Co. KG KG have compact design and can be mounted independently of the mounting position. The production line starts with high-sensitivity valves for low discharge pressures up to models with a capacity of up to 970 m3/h and a temperature range from - 60 °C to + 270 °C.
