In 2017 - 2018 our company has performed: design, delivery and installation supervision of a fan cooling tower (model FRPP-4000-5 with the capacity of 11000 m³/h) at the Customer's enterprise.
The structure and casing of the installed cooling tower are completely made of innovative composite material - pultruded fiberglass reinforced plastic. Physical and chemical characteristics of fiberglass composite produced by this method do not change over a wide temperature range from -70 up to + 170 °C, the material is noncombustible and has UV protection. Moreover, the use of stainless steel fastening elements and anchorages in course of installation guarantees the equipment service life extension up to 25 years.

The project provided for the installation of the cooling tower into the existing basin in order to minimize construction costs. This cooling tower is designed for cooling the process equipment of blast-furnace shops of PJSC "Zaporizhstal".
