Specialists of LLC CRYO INTER TRADING successfully implemented a turnkey project of the continuous casting machine and converter shop argon supply system modernization at the enterprise PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih. The project provided:
1. Development of design estimates with obtaining the necessary permits, to the extent necessary for construction.
2. Selection and supply of the required equipment:
- atmospheric evaporators of liquid argon produced by "CRYONORM B.V.", Netherlands, in the amount of 3 units with a total capacity of 1100 m3/h;
- argon gas receiver with hydraulic volume of 125 m3, operating pressure 16 bar;
- cryogenic shut-off and safety valves manufactured by HEROSЕ GMBH Armaturen und Metalle, Germany.
3. Construction of foundations for equipment.
4. Installation of the supplied equipment on the foundation and pipelines and valves fitting
5. Installation of argon pipelines made of stainless and carbon steel from PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih oxygen to the converter shop with a total length of 1 500 m.
6. Testing of installed equipment and pipelines.
7. Commissioning.
8. Putting the facility into operation.
