Cryogenic air separation units are designed for the production of oxygen and nitrogen. They are widely used in various fields of activity, such as: mechanical engineering, metalworking, metallurgy, glass industry, chemistry, oil and gas production, oil refining, electronics and instrumentation, power engineering, food industry, medicine.
The principle of operation of cryogenic air separation plants is based on the separation of air by low-temperature rectification. This method is based on the difference in boiling point of air components and the difference in composition of liquid and vapor mixtures in equilibrium.
Advantages:
Cryogenic air distribution units are built on the basis of efficient technological cycles, which not only provide high energy efficiency of the equipment, but also allow to realize within one unit different modes of operation, to carry out the regulation of modes in a wide range. Thus, the units can be adapted to the conditions of a particular production, taking into account its peculiarities and requirements of the Customer.
