In 2013, at the request of Rustavi Steel LLC (Georgia), our company executed the project "on a turn-key basis", namely: design, supply, installation and commissioning of cryogenic equipment for storage, gasification and distribution of liquid oxygen at the customer's premises.
The project provided for the supply and installation of a stationary cryogenic LOX storage tank, manufactured by "TAYLOR WHARTON s.r.o.", with the capacity of 32 000 liters, complete with ambient vaporizers, manufactured by "CRYONORM b.v.", with the capacity of 1 250 m3/h each, as well as a stationary cryogenic centrifugal pump manufactured by "CRYOSTAR S.A.S." for quick filling of the stationary tank with liquid oxygen. The piping of the system was carried out using globe and safety valves manufactured by the company "Herose GmbH Armaturen und Metalle".
