In August 2015, at the request of NIBULON Ltd., our company executed the supply, installation and commissioning of cryogenic equipment for storage, gasification and distribution of liquid oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide at the territory of NIBULON Shipbuilding and repair yard Ltd.
The following cryogenic and gas equipment was supplied within frames of this project:
- Cryogenic tank for storage of liquid oxygen V - 10000 l, Pop - 18,5 bar.
- Cryogenic storage tank for liquid oxygen V - 2000 l, Pop - 24 bar.
- Cryogenic storage tank for liquid argon V - 1000 l, Pop - 18.5 bar.
- Cryogenic storage tank for carbon dioxide V - 6100 liters, Pop - 24 bar.
- Atmospheric vaporizer Q - 280 m3/h, Pop - 40 bar - 3 pcs.
- Gas mixer for the production of two-component (Ar/CO2) and three-component (Ar/CO2/O2) welding mixtures.
- Welding gas-discharge stations - 130 pcs.
- Gas cutting stations - 120 pcs.
In addition, a gas mixing station for the production of a welding mixture was built and put into operation with subsequent supply to stationary welding stations.
