In November 2018 on request of Metinvest Engineering LLC our company successfully implemented a project “Construction of team of equipment for continuous casting machine No. 4” at the territory of PJSC ILYICH IRON AND STEEL WORKS in Mariupol, that included construction, erection and commissioning of liquid argon storage and gasification system.
The supply of required equipment was made in close cooperation with our partners, companies «Auguste Cryogenics SK s.r.o.» (previously «Taylor-Wharton s.r.o.») (Slovakia), «CRYONORM BV» (the Netherlands), «CRYOSTAR S.A.S.» (France), «Herose GmbH Armaturen und Metalle» (Germany), in particular:
1. Vertical cryogenic storage vessel, type SCS-11000/18.5 with hydraulic capacity of 10 900 l (2 pcs) by «Taylor-Wharton s.r.o.» (Slovakia).
2. Mountable ambient air vaporizer, type CNLP 1×6×3500 TM with capacity of 100 m3/h (2 pcs) by «CRYONORM BV» (the Netherlands).
3. Cryogenic pump station based on centrifugal cryogenic pump, type GBS 155/4,5-5,8 C/3 by «CRYOSTAR S.A.S.» (France), mounted of a base frame (skid) equipped with a control cabinet.
4. Cryogenic globe and safety valves by «Herose GmbH Armaturen und Metalle» (Germany).
The scope of works included: installation of the cryogenic pump station on an integrated foundation plate, installation of cryogenic tanks and ambient air vaporizers on open area, pipeline, globe and safety valves including welds quality control, as well as commissioning works with reaching the parameters required for production processes.
