Fiberglass water distribution system

The water distribution system of the cooling tower consists of a main manifold (fiberglass) and secondary pipelines made of PVC or PP with water spray nozzles. Such systems are characterized by high strength, low weight and long service life. Any of the existing types of nozzles can be used as water-spraying elements on this system.

Advantages:

2. The use of fiberglass pipes allows to reduce installation costs, reduce the cost of delivery and eliminates the use of heavy lifting equipment during construction.

5. High resistance to aggressive media, stray currents, microorganisms, ultraviolet rays.
6. Abrasion resistance.
7. Fiberglass pipes have the strength of steel and at the same time higher elasticity.
8. Withstands sudden changes in temperature.
9. The smooth inner surface of the fiberglass pipe provides low hydraulic resistance and constant flow capacity, which reduces the cost of transporting water in the cooling tower.
10. Eliminates the need to clean or replace the entire system for a long time.
11. High maintainability - the possibility of repair without dismantling the entire system.
12. Service life minimum 30 years.
