Each pump is mechanically and cryogenically tested prior to its delivery. Such tests ensure the greatest productivity, which meets customer’s requirements.

Thanks to the precise diagnosis of measuring devices, necessary results are achieved:

  • differential pressure;
  • flow velocity;
  • tightness;
  • pump efficiency;
  • he height of the liquid column above the suction inlet of the pump;
  • noise and vibration levels.

Peculiarities of HPP cryogenic pumps:

  1. New redesigned heavier duty construction provides longer running performance than traditional pumps in the industry. 
  2. Super vacuum jacketed cold ends to greatly reduce heat inleak.
  3. New special seal design lasting 3 to 4 times longer.
  4. Optimal suction chamber design for much lower NPSH requirements - eliminating need for centrifugal booster pump. 
  5. High efficiency splash oil lubrication system - eliminating need for external oil pump.
  6. Higher discharge pressures at higher flow rates.
  7. Longer stroke giving higher flow rates at lower speeds - greatly extending service life.
